By measuring the compressed air flow rate, we identify areas with excessive consumption. This makes it easier to control the total compressed air consumption of the system. Meters are used in the compressed air system to measure the flow rate as well as the pressure and temperature. The required measurement points are selected to optimize the dimensioning of the system. Multiple measurements of the air flow increase the measuring accuracy. In addition, the compressor, the main power supply and the secondary lines provide further indications of possible energy losses and leaks in the system.
