THE SMART READING DOCUMENT IS USED TO IDENTIFY TECHNICAL SERVICE POINTS
The QR code on the system indicates to the service team where important maintenance points are located in the system. Using the QR code and a mobile reader, the service engineer can instantly access the relevant technical documentation for that part of the system.
This gives the technical service team independent access to all relevant information, such as operating manuals, circuit diagrams or safety instructions, directly at the system. Long walks to the office, time-consuming searching and browsing or telephone calls with colleagues are largely eliminated. Service quality is improved as the right information is quickly at hand, even for minor ambiguities.
