Our clients’ sites are spread all around the world, while their software is primarily developed and programmed in our offices in Kassel.

But every piece of software we develop will only be effective if it is carefully tailored to suit the systems it controls, analyses and optimises. So we work closely alongside the hardware manufacturers, including our parent company Gebr. Pfeiffer for cement plants and all other clients in the industry, to ensure software and hardware are in harmony.

In many cases, preparations for detailed commissioning can take place in the office or even when working from home. But effective commissioning at your site is one of the most important factors behind a successful project. We focus on ensuring the system works correctly and on training your operating personnel.

Our team are happy to travel to your plant to ensure processes are optimised and automation is successful. It doesn’t matter if it’s right on our doorstep, in Kazakhstan or in the USA – SERVICE and PROXIMITY TO OUR CLIENTS are two of our priorities, so no journey is too far.
